This policy covers the SLMT Notifications staff text-messaging program operated by Salt Lake Masonic Temple. The program provides operational and security notifications to authorized staff and administrators who choose to enroll.
Information used
Program information may include a recipient’s name, mobile number, written consent, enrollment and notification preferences, message content and delivery records, and opt-out or support requests. Messages may contain operational details needed for staff to respond to building and integration events.
Purpose and sharing
We use this information to manage enrollment, send requested staff alerts, provide support, investigate delivery problems, and honor messaging preferences.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent records. We do not disclose mobile information or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for advertising, marketing, or promotional activities.
Information may be provided to messaging vendors, including Telnyx, mobile carriers, and technical service providers as necessary to operate and deliver this program, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not share SMS consent or enrollment information for purposes unrelated to providing this messaging service.
Records and choices
We retain consent, enrollment, and opt-out records as needed to document permission and honor recipient choices. Message and delivery records are retained as needed for program administration and troubleshooting. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting the program.
Reply STOP to a program text to end enrollment. A final confirmation may be sent, after which further program notifications will stop. Reply HELP for assistance or contact office@slcmta.com. You may also contact the office to request correction of your enrollment details or ask about records associated with your number.
